Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 August 2026

This policy explains how Stillfoot Land Design (“we”, “us”), run by Jack, ABN 19 301 296 193, in Southeast Queensland, handles your personal information. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If anything here is unclear, email us at stillfootpermaculture@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to help with your land, and only when you give it to us:

  • Enquiry and property details — when you fill in the property intake form, book a call, or email us: your name, email, phone, property address, and the details you share about your site and goals.
  • Your email address — if you sign up to receive a guide or our updates.
  • Booking details — when you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, and chosen time.
  • Basic website analytics — anonymous, aggregated visit data (such as which pages are popular). We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not track you across other sites or build an advertising profile of you.

How we use it

  • To reply to you and arrange a call or site visit.
  • To research your site and prepare and discuss a design.
  • To send you a guide or updates, but only if you asked us to.
  • To understand, in aggregate, what content is useful so we can improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Your property address

We use your address only for site research and mapping. It is never published. Any public case study on this site uses a first name and a suburb only, never a surname or a street address, and only where you have given permission for photos and details to be used.

Email and unsubscribing

We only send marketing or newsletter emails if you have opted in. Every such email includes a working unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. This is consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

Who helps us handle your information

We use trusted service providers to run the site and our business. They process information on our behalf, under their own security and privacy obligations, and not for their own marketing:

  • Supabase — securely stores enquiry and subscriber data.
  • Cal.com — call scheduling.
  • Resend — sending the emails you have asked for.
  • ImageKit — image hosting for the website.
  • Umami — privacy-friendly website analytics.
  • Netlify — website hosting.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers that protect your information.

Keeping it secure, and how long we keep it

We store your information securely and limit who can access it. We keep it for as long as we need it for your enquiry or our working relationship, and we will remove it on request when we are not required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email stillfootpermaculture@gmail.com and we will help. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
